If you cancelled a New York Times (“NYT”) digital or home delivery subscription with a New York billing address and were directly billed by NYT, you may qualify for restitution as part of a settlement with the New York Office of the Attorney General.

A settlement has been reached with the New York Office of the Attorney General about how The New York Times handled cancellations for home delivery and digital subscriptions during certain time periods.
